i don't care what party you're with- calling the VP hopeful your homegirl/boy and basing your otherwise rational decisions upon what cnn/fox news is telling you is fucking retarded. do some research (on your own...) and then come up with an opinion.

also- i don't think i've published it here, but i live in austin now. and i love it. i love it a lot. with its douchebags and prepsters and psuedo-scene kids and homeless and vandals and all- it's a fuckton better than any place i've lived thusfar (houston, lubbock, kerrville).
i live with my girlfriend. she's nice to me and cooks me meals. living with females is weird... i still like her as of 1:13 am 9-4-08.

just one of the reasons i'm becoming more and more intolerant of backwards-thinking people in this country. it doesn't help the religion itself, either.
this is so many levels under flag burning and swastika wearing as far as the arena of emotional misdeeds are concerned. he didn't burn the host. he didn't rape it. he moved it from one location to another. i went to catholic mass for almost nineteen fucking years. i know what the church considers a moral sin (one that can lead to excommunication). but death threats- pardon the irony, but JESUS FUCKING CHRIST.
advice to christians: read the bible. read it as a novel and not a fucking menu of rules where you pick the courses that fit your stomach's mood at the time being. it's a series of parables. lessons. if you don't understand this, you do not know what it is to be a christian. you know what it is like to be a mindless asshole who hates those who aren't in your club.
tl; dr - catholics make death threats to a college kid who takes a jesus wafer home with him. university does nothing to protect student's rights.
